Belknap Neighborhood Association, Inc. is a federally recognized, 501(c)4, nonprofit membership association. The association is governed by an all-volunteer, elected board of directors comprised of neighborhood residents and business owners. The association operates under Articles of Incorporation and bylaws, and directors are bound to a Code of Ethics. The association was founded in 1973 and reorganized in 1992.

Membership dues are $20 annually per resident.  Neighbors can join or renew online - click green button above.  Membership envelopes are also included in the BNA newsletter that is mailed to homes and businesses twice a year. 

Become a Friend of Belknap.  Any member who contributes more than the regular dues are Friends of Belknap. Make an additional gift of any amount to help sustain this vital, neighborhood organization.

Logo. Belknap's logo is the intellectual property of the association and is registered with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It may not be used without the expressed, written permission of the Belknap Neighborhood Association, Inc.

Consider making a bequest that will support the ongoing protection, beautification and improvement of the Belknap Neighborhood, a nonprofit association. Annual Fall Festival. The Belknap Neighborhood Association produces the Belknap Fall Festival. It is the largest Fall Festival staged in the Louisville Highlands with attendance averaging about 15,000 people. The Fall Festival creates a plantform for local artists, musicians, food truck vendors, nonprofit organizations and businesses to engage in the community. Board meetings are typically the 2nd Wednesday, most months, 7-8:15 p.m., at 2440 Bardstown Road, 2nd Floor meeting room (above the pharmacy) and they are open to the public. The president of the board of directors chairs these meetings and meetings follow an agenda, association bylaws and Robert's Rules of Order. The annual meeting and elections are held at the June meeting.
